TMHA Submits Public Comments to CFPB

This past Friday marked the deadline for submitting comments on the High-Cost Mortgage and Homeownership Counseling Proposed rule to the CFPB. In TMHA's continual effort to submit comments on each of the applicable proposed rules, these comments were sent in on behalf of the industry.

The deadlines for comments range from last week through November and TMHA intends to make sure that Texas is on the record for all proposed rules. 

In all the CFPB received 125 comments from interested parties and each can be viewed on regulations.gov.
