Join us in supporting the manufactured home industry in Texas

TMHA is pleased to announce our 2025 Annual Sponsorship Packages. After carefully evaluating our valued member and previous sponsor input, TMHA has learned that our corporate sponsors would like greater flexibility and customization of their annual sponsorships.

Some companies prefer to sponsor and attend in-person events and board meetings where their corporate names and logos are prominently displayed, and they are credited with helping make TMHA events possible.

Other sponsors prefer to make their impact in the digital communications space within TMHA’s industry-trusted emails, website, and social media pages.

Catering to these differing goals, we have created two tracks of annual sponsorship: TMHA Events & Meetings Sponsors and TMHA Media Sponsors.

Annual sponsorship for both categories will run from January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

TMHA Events & Meetings Sponsors

FOR A $4,000 MINIMUM INVESTMENT, SPONSORS ENJOY:

  • One complimentary attendee for all TMHA-sponsored events throughout the year. Typically, these include bay fishing, sporting events, golf tournaments, private receptions and dinner events for the board of directors
  • Corporate name and logo signage at all in-person events (does not include annual convention)
  • Special recognition of corporate sponsorship during all in-person events and board of directors meetings
  • Order of company name on displays and recognition will be based on investment level with top contributors receiving higher placement.
  • A significant portion of your Events and Meetings Sponsorship goes directly to supporting TMHA board events, and with sponsorship, you will receive recognition in communications and promotional materials.
  • First priority with Media Sponsors to purchase Annual Convention Sponsorship Packages and exhibit hall booths at discounted rates.
  • First priority, pending available space, to register one additional guest to events.

Please take careful note, Annual Sponsors do not also receive a complimentary TMHA Convention Sponsorship, though you will receive options for higher priority and some potential discounts.

All events are contingent on availability, funding, attendance, and scheduling. These events change year-to-year and are subject to change or to potential cancellation.

  • Our events’ budgets, frequency, attendance, and levels of amenity offerings are solely contingent on the sponsorship funds raised with this program.
  • TMHA will, at a minimum, have three events every year tied to our three Board of Directors meetings.

TMHA Media Sponsors

FOR A $4,000 MINIMUM INVESTMENT, SPONSORS ENJOY:

  • Listing of your company name on every TMHA membership email communication (approximately 5,000 subscribers)
    • all news, retail sales and shipment reports, and other TMHA digital communications during 2025.
  • Order of company name in digital communication will be based on investment level with top contributors receiving higher placement.
  • Sponsor section with your logo on the home page of our website, a dedicated sponsors page with company logos, marketing copy, web address, and social media handles, and acknowledgment with company name linked to your website in the footer of all TMHA webpages, for an estimated 160,000 pageviews per year.
  • Promotions during the year from TMHA’s social media platforms.
    • TMHA will follow your organization on social media and retweet and share content when appropriate. (Posts are at the discretion of TMHA)
  • First priority with Media Sponsors to purchase Annual Convention Sponsorship Packages and exhibit hall booths at discounted rates.

Please take careful note, Media Sponsors do not also receive a complimentary TMHA Convention Sponsorship.
