Today we launch another installment in our Community Toolkit Series. Our previous installments covered the Rental Application, the Lease Agreement, and Security Devices, Locks and Landlord’s Responsibilities.

Today we unveil our Evictions Wiki. The eviction process is one of the areas we receive an abundance of member questions. There have also been changes over the past several years ranging from a reorganization of the eviction legal procedure by the Texas Supreme Court when they created Civil Procedure Rule 510, to law changes coming out of the 2017 legislative session that allow landlords the option to have non-lawyer representation in an appeal for non-payment eviction.
