TMHA Bill Tracking

TMHA is currently tracking 54 filled bills.  Our track list includes, as it does every session, a wide range of bill topics from landlord-tenant issues, increasing affordable housing programs, voluntary roofing contractor registration, notice procedures for local governments, real property leases with purchase options, regulation of liquid propane gas tanks on residential property, oversized vehicle permits, and personal property tax liens just to name a few.

To date there are no bills filed directly targeting the regulation of manufactured or modular housing.
