HB 738 by Larson, Lyle(R) - Relating to the regulation by a municipality or county of the rental or leasing of housing accommodations.
HB 1009 by Davis, Yvonne(D) - Relating to application fees and deposits paid to a landlord of residential rental property.
HB 1332 by Schofield, Mike (F)(R) - Relating to the notice to vacate required to be given by a landlord to a tenant before filing an eviction suit.
HB 1334 by Clardy, Travis(R) - Relating to the appeal of a residential eviction suit.
HB 1510 by Thompson, Senfronia(D) - Relating to liability of persons who lease dwellings to persons with criminal records.
