Texas Manufactured Housing Sales in May 2019
May
New home sales for May remained flat from April with a slight decline in single-section sales mostly offset by growth in multi-sections.
May of 2018 saw the highest monthly sales total since we began reporting in 2012 and May of 2019 came in 7% below that peak, but the decline was limited to single-section sales with multi-section sales actually expanding from a year ago.

Harris was again the top county in the state for new home installations, but May was a big month for Midland County.
