Texas Manufactured Housing Sales in July 2019

July

New home sales for July moved up from June with month-over-month gains for both single and multi-section homes. Single-section home sales were down from July of 2018, but large year-over-year gains in multi-section sales kept total sales solidly in the black.

Multi-section home sales beat single-section sales for the fourth straight month.

Harris County moved back into the top spot for new home installations and Liberty County, with a large month-over-month gain hopped into the second spot. The rest of the top five had less installs than the previous month.
