Texas Manufactured Home Shipments in October 2019
October
Manufactured home shipments for October crested the 1,500 homes mark for the first time since October of last year. There was an increase in production days over September and both single-section and multi-section homes saw increases over last month.
Multi-section home shipments had higher month-over-month growth and beat single-section shipments for the 11th straight month.
Multi-section shipments were up over October of last year and single-sections came in below last year’s total.

Multi-section shipments expanded at a faster pace than single-section homes in October so the larger home streak continues.
August and September retail sales are on pace to beat shipments. Revisions have brought retail sales in May officially above shipments for that month.
