November Production
Texas manufactured housing plants produced roughly the same total number of homes as they did in October but the shift towards single-sections could be obscuring a reduction in the overall number of floors produced. The TDHCA HUD report data that this analysis is based on does not provide details on number of sections for homes shipped out of the state, so the minimum number of floors counting all out of state shipments as single floors fell -3% from the previous month.
Total home production was up 21% over November of last year.
