New single-section home titles moved back up above multi-section totals for the month of September and showed solid gains over August and over September of last year. Those gains weren’t quite enough to put total titles up over August though, as multi-section totals moved down -11.11% from last month but they were still tracking 6.67% over September of last year. The YTD title total through September is still tracking at just below 2% growth over the same time frame in 2014.
For October, total shipments were pulled up by 25.34% growth in single-section homes over the preceding September. Total shipments were down -4.81% compared to October of last year though, continuing the trend of diminished single-section shipments but increased multi-section totals for the year compared to 2014.
New titles for October processed to date were down across the board.
