January 2016 Reports and February Preliminary Data

The first month of 2016 closed out down across the board for new homes trailing both December 2016 and January 2015 totals.

February shipments were down slightly over the preceding month and February of last year, but preliminary new titles were up substantially over February of 2015.

All of our reports have been updated with 2016 data and we’ve released updated versions of our Total Retail Sales Market Report as well as our New Home Retail Titles by Installation County Report.

We have also introduced the new Monthly Manufacturer Retail Title Totals Report.
