February 2015 Reports and March Preliminary Data

February

Following the shipment decline from January to February that we reported last month, new titles were down from both the previous month and from February of 2014. Used titles were up significantly though from this same date last year, and were enough to push total titles for February slightly above January's totals before late titling revisions. Despite the strong showing in used titles, total titles came in below February of 2014's same date total.

Total Market:

Used Market:

• Used titles change from previous month: +19.35%*
• Used titles change from same month last year: +4.72%*
• Used titles YTD change from same date last year: +0.47%*

March

The month of March saw 1,235 homes shipped in Texas which was well above February's total of 1,132 and the second month in a row with just under 6% growth over the same month in 2014. New titles are tracking above 2014 and used titles are below.
