April 2017 Shipment Report
Shipments for April came back down to earth from March’s peak, but marked the fourth consecutive month for the year with gains over the same month in 2016. The 1,202 homes shipped for the state beat all months last year except for one, so it is only by virtue of standing right next to that center of a total March, that April may look point guard sized. If April is a point guard, it is an NBA point guard. Steph Curry may look short standing next to Kevin Durant and Lebron James, but the guy is listed at 6’ 3“, not too many people would call that short.
