We will be running three sessions simultaneously all day long on our main education day, Monday, September 11. This is why in the schedule below you will see multiple presentations in the same time spots. Our comprehensive offerings this year address all aspects of the manufactured housing retail, financing, insurance, and community industries in Texas. We have curriculum tailored for community owners and investors, but also a track focused on day-to-day operations and best practices. For our retailers we have sales training and tips, new ideas for selling homes in a modern world leveraging technology, and reading body language.

7 p.m.- 9 p.m. Chairman’s Dinner at Four Seasons Las Colinas with entertainment by Comedian Dean Lewis
Dean Lewis has appeared on Last Comic Standing, CNN, The Ellen Degeneres Show and he is the winner of the Wendy’s Clean Comedy Challenge. Dean has also won an Emmy for writing. He has sold material to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and to Ron White. He has over 25 years experience working in the corporate market. Dean also was a part of the Jagger Show on DFW morning radio for 8 years before deciding to get some sleep and commit full time to performing in the corporate world.

9:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Washington D.C. comes to the Four Seasons - Republicans, Democrats, CFPB, HUD, Dodd-Frank, Preserving Manufactured Housing Act and the action from our nation's capitol from MHI's General Counsel/Sr. VP State & Local Affairs, Rick Robinson
10:15 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. S.O.L Be Gone! TMHA Fights the Cities and wins the Community Right to Replace Law - The action packed 2017 Texas Legislative Session ended in June, hear from TMHA's Executive Director, DJ Pendleton on the industry progress, new laws and tales from a Texas Session for the record books
11 a.m. – 12 p.m. TMHA Fourth Quarter Board Meeting
