TMHA Scholarship
TMHA offers scholarships for members and their immediate family members. The scholarships are intended to support those enrolled in a post-secondary education program (college, junior college, vocational school, tech school, etc). You are eligible to apply if you are a senior in high school or already attending a post-secondary school.
Scholarship Application Requirements:
- The student/applicant must be a TMHA member or an immediate family member of an individual who is actively associated with Texas Manufactured Housing Association (company or employer must be a current member of TMHA).
- A full-time student who is in their final year of high school or an individual already enrolled in a post-secondary education program (college, junior college, vocational school, tech school, etc)
- Applicant must have attended a public or private high school located in the state of Texas.
- Applicant must complete the application and submit it via email by June 30th of the current year.
Scholarships will be awarded based on the following criteria:
- Overall grade point average
- Participation in extracurricular activities
- Personal reference letter. Other letters of support may be submitted at the discretion of the applicant
Email completed scholarships and reference letter to scholarships@texasmha.com by June 30th. You will receive an auto-reply confirming receipt of the scholarship.
Deadline for Receipt of application is June 30th of the current year.
All decisions regarding the recipients of scholarships and the amount awarded are made by the Foundation Selection Committee and are final. The Committee will meet in July and all applicants will be notified via email shortly thereafter. Awards are expected to be mailed out in mid-September pending we receive the verification needed from the applicant in a timely manner.
