June 2017 Shipment Report
Total shipments for the month of June came in just under May’s total, and marked the third month on the year of shipments over the 1,400 home mark. Multi-section home shipments increased for the second month in a row and posted substantial gains over June of 2016. Single-section shipments cooled down from May and landed at 705 homes, marking the first time this year that multi-section shipments were higher than single-section.
Year-to-date total shipments are up 16.26%, which represents 1,107 additional homes shipped over 2016. Last year’s average number of homes shipped per month was 1,052, so we’re tracking ahead of 2016 by an additional month’s worth of shipments.
